Information on Providing Insurance Cards for Vehicle Registration

Most insurance companies use e-fax technology to send the insurance cards. Unfortunately, we have a phone line fax machine so we are not able to receive them. Until such time as we can receive e-fax transmissions, please provide them in the following ways:

1. Bring in a paper insurance card
2. Show the insurance card from your phone
3. Have the insurance company email the card to: townclerk@lebanonmaine.org deputyclerk@lebanonmaine.org

Please be advised, that it is State law that you provide the current proof of insurance to register or re-register your vehicle.
