Virge Atkins Fund Update!

MaineHealth Care at home and the Town of Lebanon are working together to promote the Virge Atkins Fund. This Fund provides senior citizens in Lebanon (65 years and older) with financial assistance. Support is offered to secure items that promote heath and independence. Eligible items include but are not limited to medical appointments, lifeline, eyeglasses, dentures, hearing aids and walkers. Approval is based on financial need. 

Attached is an UPDATED Application for Support through the fund. Please print, complete the application form and mail to:
