The Town of Lebanon is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of the following: Two (2) 20kw single phase, air cooled, Automatic Generators. Bid should include
all stock, labor, equipment, permits and site preparation. Gas piping does not need to be included. Bid should include installation at the following two locations: · Lebanon Municipal Office, 15 Upper Guinea Road, Lebanon, Maine 04027 · Lebanon Public Safety
Complex/Emergency Operations Center, 1524 Carl Broggi Highway, Lebanon, Maine 04027 Additional Information may be picked up at the Lebanon Municipal Office located at 15 Upper Guinea Road, Lebanon, Maine 04027 or by visiting the Town of Lebanon website at www.lebanon-me.org Pre-Bid inspections of the facilities can be arranged by contacting Sue Collins, Selectmen's Secretary, at (207) 608-6862. Sealed bids will be received at the Lebanon Municipal Office located at 15 Upper Guinea Road, Lebanon, Maine 04027, until Tuesday, September 15th, 2009 at 5:00 PM. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the above address at the regularly scheduled Selectmen's Meeting that same evening at 6:30pm. The Town of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids.
