WINTER SAND BID 2010
The Town of Lebanon will receive sealed bids for Winter Sand bids until 5pm
Tuesday September 1, 2009.
All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Tuesday September 1, 2009 at 7pm at the Lebanon Town Office. Bid will be awarded on Tuesday September 15, 2009 at 7pm at the Lebanon Town Office.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR WINTER SAND
- Sand must be screened.
- Grit must be no less than 1/8 inches or no greater than 3/8 inches.
- Sand must be clear light colored with no mixture of clay or loam.
- There will be an inspection of sand prior to award of contract.
- Approximately 4500 + or – yards will be required.
- Sand must be delivered within 24 hours after notification.
- Sand will be delivered to the Lebanon Transfer Station.
The Town of Lebanon has the right to accept any or reject all bids.
