The Lebanon Board of Selectmen is proud to release the 2011-2012 Proposed Budgets for the Town of Lebanon. This is the first time ever that the budgets have been posted on-line prior to the budget process. A copy of the budget book is also available at the Lebanon Municipal Building located at 15 Upper Guinea Road.
The book is approximately 600 pages and includes the proposed budgets, year to date revenue and expense reports and complete reports for the last fiscal year as well.
Due to the size of the document, we broke the book up into 8 sections.
Section A includes an introductory letter, the budget schedule, a legal opinion from the town attorney and a copy of the personnel study completed last year.
Section B includes the three warrant articles for the Highway Department
Section C includes the three warrant articles for the Fire Department
Section D includes the Code Enforcement and E-911 Budgets
Section E includes the EMA and Transfer Station Budgets
Section F Includes the General Government Budget, No-Spray Agreement, Legal, Town Manager, General Assistance, Memorial Day and Cemeteries, Tax Maps, Selectmen Pay Rate, Insurance and Contingency Fund
Section G includes the Planning Board, Recreation Department and Library
Section H includes the articles with no appropriation and the enterprise account for the Summer Recreation Program and the Rescue Department.
